1. Reservations / Payment / Cancellation

Reservations / Payment:

• The reservation deadline for each program is 3 days before the start time. Please reserve earlier when possible, and understand that some programs may not be available due to scheduling conflicts.

• We ask for a full payment to reserve your program. 

• We ask you to fix the numbers of participants by 3 days prior to the program. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate additional participants in excess of the maximum capacity of the venue.
   

Cancellation:

• Full refunds are offered for cancellations made up to one week prior to the program.

• 50% refunds are offered from 1-6 days before the program.

• No refunds are available on the day of the program.

• If canceling an program due to a natural disaster or other circumstances beyond our control becomes necessary, we will inform you at least 24 hours prior to start and set an alternative date or refund the entire fee.

2. Safety Information COVID-19 Safety Guidelines:
 

We comply with the safety guidelines set by Kanagawa prefecture.

• Proper seating arrangement to keep appropriate social distance.

• We have set the new maximum number of participants for each workshop to keep appropriate social distance.

• We wear masks, wash hands regularly, and sanitize the venue before and after the program

• We ventilate at least twice an hour. 

• When handling cash, we use a cash tray.
   

3. Personal Information Policy
 

Kamakura Mind adheres to laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, and strives to manage personal information collected during student registration safely and properly.

 

Use of Personal Information

We will use your personal information solely for communication and management purposes. If we need to use personal information beyond this scope, we will notify you in advance and confirm your agreement. We will promptly honor and requests for the confirmation, correction, or the deletion of your personal information.

 

Security

We will strictly control personal information so as not to risk illegal use, loss, falsification, or leaks.

 

Third Parties

We will retain any personal information we have received and will not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

1. With the consent of the customer.

2. Disclosure to a contractor entrusted with performing the services requested by the customer.

3. When required by law.

 

Inquiries

If you wish to inquire about, correct, or delete your personal information, we will honor your requests after confirming that you are the individual in question.

4. Photo Use Policy
 

By participating in the experiences offered through this site, you agree to allow Kamakura Mind to use any photos, videos, or audio recorded during the experience for the following purposes. If you would prefer to not be photographed, please let us know before the experience begins.

 

• Posting on the Kamakura Mind website, Facebook page, or other online venues.

• Use in brochures, DVDs, etc. for Kamakura Mind publicity.

• Use in newspapers, magazines, other websites, or for broadcast on television or radio.
