Q. How can we find programs?
A. Check our list. Please understand that some programs are not available due to COVID-19 measures. If you can not find the program you want, please contact us. We are happy to coordinate and customize programs.
Q. What is the minimum number of people to participate in a program?
A. Most programs are available from one person. The price per person will go down if you have more people. Please check the details here.
Q. How many people can you accommodate?
A. Usually up to 4-5 people per class, but it varies depending on the group. For instance, if you are a family who lives together, we can accommodate more without worrying too much about recommended social distances. Or, we can find the alternative venues for your group. Please send us an inquiry form to confirm.
Q. How do we make a reservation?
A. Simply send us an inquiry form with your preferred programs and dates. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
Q. How much do your programs cost?
A. It depends on the program. Most programs are charged as a flat rate per workshop, not per person, so the more people in the class, the less expense per person. You can check prices here.
Q. Where are your programs held?
It will be all in Kamakura city, but venues vary depending on the program, and size of your group.

Q. When is it held?
Please request dates to match your travel plans and we will coordinate with our partner instructors. Please understand that we cannot accommodate every schedule.
Q. How do we pay?
A. After we set the date, we will e-mail you an invoice. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Your reservation will be confirmed after we have received your payment.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?

Q. Can we change the number of participants?
Yes, but please let us know. We ask you to fix the numbers of participants by three days prior to the experience. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate additional participants in excess of the maximum capacity of the venue. A. Please check Our Policies.
